Clone recipe for the famous “Bells Two Hearted Ale” from Michigan. The beer is a 100% centennial IPA and the recipe was obtained from the Bell’s Brewery head brewer.
- 8.5 lb Pale LME
- 8 oz Corn Sugar
- 0.75 lb Caramel 40
- 6.5 oz Centennial Hops
- 1 Packages of Wyeast 1056 or White Labs 001
- Substitute Yeast Include: 1 Packages of Safale US05
